1 Our Refund Policy (timelines)
When you return a product, it can take up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s) for your refund to be completed. This includes up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will process the refund within 3 days, but it may still take an additional 5 days for your bank to transfer the funds.
2 Return window & reporting issues
- Please return unused or faulty products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
- Items not received, missing, or faulty must be reported within 30 days of placing your order.
3 Are there any products that can’t be returned?
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges (unless faulty or not as described) for:
- Products which have been personalised for you.
- Anything where the packaging is missing or damaged, as we are re-sellers and can’t repackage items for resale.
4 Terms & conditions for returns and refunds
- If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original debit/credit card or online payment method used to purchase.
- Unwanted items (unless faulty) must be returned in a re-saleable condition: original packaging, labels, and unused/undamaged.
- Where a product has been specially ordered for you (unless faulty), we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- If only some items are returned, we will refund only the cost of those items.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
5 Cancelling a training day
- If cancelled more than 4 calendar weeks prior to the course start date, no fee applies.
- If cancelled 2–4 calendar weeks prior, 50% of the fee will be retained.
- If cancelled less than 2 calendar weeks prior, 100% of the fee will be retained.

6 How to return an item
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please return the unused product within 30 days of receiving your order.
