Founded by Mo Kadva BSc (Hons) Audiologist in 2020, Clear Clinics is dedicated to providing professional earwax removal products, audiology supplies, and comprehensive training courses for healthcare professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or register for training.
By using our Website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability details are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover an error after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods shown on our Website.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order until we have dispatched your goods.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Our training covers endoscopic microsuction, low-pressure irrigation, and manual earwax removal techniques.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Course spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled course date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available date at Clear Clinics’ discretion.
If Clear Clinics cancels or reschedules a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Clear Clinics Certificate of Completion.
This certificate confirms training attendance and competence as assessed by Clear Clinics but does not constitute a licence to practise without meeting NHS or local regulatory requirements.
Trainees may optionally purchase a complete starter kit at a competitive price.
Kit contents and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
