Training was easy to arrange. It was a significant bonus that the training was held on site at the pharmacy – it meant we could get two pharmacists trained without resorting to getting locum cover.
The endoscope is a significant improvement on both of the two devices I have trialed previously. The small diameter of the scope means we can treat even the trickiest of patients and the improved visualisation means we can see the ear more clearly which aids us with the wax removal.
Aftercare has been very good, and the help with the online consent form software has been replicated with other services we provide.
